1Acceptance of Agreement
By creating an account, downloading Bitely POS applications, or accessing our web services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a restaurant, retail store, hotel, or pharmacy enterprise, you confirm that you have full authority to bind the entity.
2Software License & Multi-Branch Usage
Bitely POS grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to run our POS software across your authorized cashier terminals, mobile handhelds, and branch locations according to your chosen subscription plan:
- Starter Plan: Authorized for 1 store branch with unlimited register terminals and waiter apps.
- Growth & Pro Plans: Multi-branch sync, recipe costing, staff role-based permissions, and centralized reporting.
3Offline Mode & Synchronization Responsibilities
Bitely POS is built with robust offline resilience allowing billing and order taking when local internet drops. You are responsible for ensuring that POS devices periodically connect to internet to push local transaction caches to the cloud backup server.
4Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Bitely POS applications. You must not use the service for unlawful transactions or unauthorized data scraping.
