When you create a Bitely POS account, download our desktop/mobile apps, or use our cloud management platform, we collect specific information necessary to operate your point of sale system efficiently:

- Transaction & Sales Telemetry: Invoices, inventory counts, product catalogs, order histories, and staff activity logs.

You retain full ownership of all data inputted into Bitely POS. Should you decide to cancel your subscription, you can export your entire sales history, customer database, and inventory catalog in CSV/Excel formats within 30 days of account termination.
